Mr. Ozegbe is a seasoned professional with over thirty (30) years cognate experience in Design, Construction and Project management. At various times, he had carried out various design and construction projects as the principal partner of Interdecor Associates before working as a Consultant in Modula Design Partnership, U.K, and IBN Quadri Associates Nigeria.

One of the major projects he had been involved include the Design/Construction/Commissioning of one of the largest floating accommodation barges in the world for about 1,500-2,000 Soldiers for the British Ministry of Defence.
This barge was used during the Falkland war.

Other projects are: Armament Warehouse at Apapa for the Nigerian Navy, 12 Stories Office Block, Kaduna, and various Housing Estates in Nigeria and other African countries especially South Africa. Mr Gregory Ozegbe is the founder, chairman, director and shareholder in the following companies that are strategic to infrastructure development and the hospitality industry: Housing Alliance Limited, WaterWorks Alliance Limited, Energy Works Alliance Limited, TradeBuild Nigeria Limited, Cemcrete Nigeria Limited, Castles HTL PTY Limited, iZZi Hotels PTY Limited, Halcon Builders Limited and Ilifa Heritage Africa Limited.

Mr. Adigun is a qualified Quantity Surveyor whose experience spans over ten years and has been involved in companies that specialize in Road, Drainage, Bridge and other infrastructure development works. He is a Director of ARC Nigeria Ltd and presently works as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Sammya Nigeria Limited, a foremost Nigeria indigenous infrastructure Development Company.

Mr. Paul D. Rwang is the incumbent Chairman/Managing Consultant of Pidikol Konsults. He has vast experience in both Public and Private Sector in general and finance in particular. He was an Executive Director of International Merchant Bank Plc, FSB International Bank Plc, Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc respectively and Director Lion Bank of Nigeria Plc representing IMB Plc Deputy General Manager of Savannah Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. Paul D. Rwang was a permanent Secretary in Plateau State Government, Social Welfare Officer, in the former Benue-Plateau State Government, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, in the former Nigeria Government and representing Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning on all Board of Plateau State Government Parastatals.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting and Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. In recent past years, he was the General Manager of Tunde Davies Enterprises; he was an Accountant with P.A Ajiboye and Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants for six years where he had his practical training.

George is a Professional Manager, Project Manager and Professional Chartered Engineer with over forty five years of experience within a wide range of Industries. He has worked with medium size companies through to high profile local and international companies and organizations in both the private and public sectors at senior management and board levels as well as in a consulting capacity.

He has also dealt extensively in medium cost to multi-million dollar development, construction and engineering projects requiring a high level of professional, business, commercial and contractual expertise. He has led and managed multidisciplinary teams of professionals where the input ranged from feasibility studies through to development planning, design, documentation, construction and hand-over. Having started off as a designer he has a good grasp of the practical and technical issues underlying such projects.
